MyVoiceNL

NL Health Services has a dedicated program called MyVoiceNL that collects feedback and measures the experience of care across the health system. Through surveys, the people who use our services tell us our strengths and areas for improvement. This feedback helps us understand the experiences, priorities, and needs of our patients and caregivers. We use the results to support planning and quality improvement projects.

NL Health Services is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients and their families. As a people-centred care organization, we prioritize putting individuals first in everything we do. When patients, families, staff, physicians, and leaders work together, healthcare becomes safer, more inclusive, and better for everyone.

We conduct surveys to gather feedback on your recent experiences with specific healthcare services and programs. The results of these surveys are shared anonymously with healthcare providers and leadership. Responses help guide improvements in care, enhance strategic decision-making, meet clients’ expectations, and monitor healthcare performance. Sometimes, survey requests are sent directly to patients after they have received a service. You may receive a letter, email, phone call, or text from our program. Please rest assured that we will never ask for identifying information. The questions focus only on your experience.

We conduct surveys on a continuous cycle. Current active surveys are linked below.

We encourage you to complete a survey and share your experiences with us. Thank you for helping to improve healthcare in Newfoundland and Labrador.
