Newfoundland and Labrador (NL) Health Services is conducting a survey to help understand the health needs of residents and communities across the province. The Newfoundland and Labrador Statistics Agency (NLSA) is conducting the survey by mail and by phone using a randomized sample of provincial households.

NL Health Services has a dedicated program called MyVoiceNL that collects feedback and measures the experience of care across the health system. Through surveys, the people who use our services tell us our strengths and areas for improvement. This feedback helps us understand the experiences, priorities, and needs of our patients and caregivers. We use the results to support planning and quality improvement projects.

NL Health Services has some decisions to make about expanding Meals on Wheels. We are seeking feedback on where to offer the service, what costs individuals can afford, and when to deliver meals to clients. Your feedback is important to us.
